MBT's highly-durable industrial rugs feature a fabric made of needlepunched polypropylene, and this general purpose traffic matting is designed to absorb non-aggressive fluids (oil, water, glycols, etc.) and very thick fluids. These lightweight rolls are used to cover long stretches, and the non-linting matting can withstand heavy traffic without wear and tear. While not a great sorbent, this strong fabric is useful in walkways for foot and forklift traffic, and needlepunched polypropylene rugs can also be used for decontamination of shoes and boots, as their dark gray color hides grime.
