Lincoln 1162 is a Fully-Automatic Pneumatic Grease Gun designed to simplify the task of lubrication by providing excellent grease flow and an advanced pump design that eliminates traditional priming issues. This new grease gun features a patented pump design that ensures uninterrupted grease flow, and the gun is designed with a variable speed trigger for superior flow control. The unit's convenient, fully-automatic operation allows grease to flow continuously while the trigger is depressed, and the gun's ergonomic styling provides comfort and balance with outstanding durability and dependability. Operating on shop air from 40 to 150 psi, the Model 1162 supplies high flow rates at low and medium pressures for quick filling, as well as high pressures (6000 psi max) for tight joints, clogged fittings, and track adjustments. The gun includes a 30", ultra-high-pressure hose with coupler and attachment clip for easy access to lube points, and a male air nipple and combination filler nipple and bleeder valve are also included. The unit's plated-steel barrel has a flip-over follower for bulk or cartridge loading, and an accessible check valve assembly allows the easy clean-out of grease residue or cartridge contaminates.
