Steelman ChassisEAR Noise and Vibration Detection System allows a technician to listen to six different under-chassis locations in one road test, detecting noises that cannot be duplicated in the stall. This ChassisEAR system includes 16'-long wire sensor leads to reach to all vehicle locations, with six (6) color-coded, super-sensitive microphone clamps that attach to problem areas, and professional headphones are also included to shut out surrounding sounds. The six sensors are designed to clamp on to springs, torque rods, shocks, body mounts, brakes, dash assemblies, door hinges, drive trains, rear and front axles, transmissions, transfer cases, suspensions, sway bars, tie rod ends, struts, axle hubs, ring & pinion bearings, mufflers, catalytic converters, 02 sensors, A/T cases, oil pumps, and even un-torqued bolts.
