Rotary Flat Polymer Pad Adapter Kit includes four (4) FJ2427 adapters. Each adapter has a 3000 lbs. capacity and adds 1-1/2" in height with a rubber pad surfaces that measures 4-3/4" x 6-5/16". This pad protects vehicles with factory-applied undercoating, for use with VersaLifts. Local sales tax rates will apply on all Rotary Lift purchases that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer.
