Norco Arbor Plates are a pair of steel plates with a "V" cutout on one edge and circle cutout on the other, for use with 50-ton-capacity presses. Norco charges a limited access fee for shipments to military bases, schools, churchs, and all other gated areas, as well as charging a substantial fee for re-delivery of order, lift gate use, and residential delivery.
