Norco Single-Acting Ram with a 10-ton capacity features a 2-1/8" stroke from 4-1/2" to 6-5/8". Norco's standard rams, made in the USA, comply with ANSI standards and are for use in many applications where lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, or holding may be required, including shop, agricultural, automotive, and truck service needs, as well as construction maintenance applications. The unique ram and cylinder bearings on this unit absorb eccentric load stresses in order to protect the cylinder against abrasion, over-extending, and jamming, and the heavy-duty return springs provide consistent performance. The nickel-plating on most of the ram pistons inhibits rusting, and the baked-enamel finish on the exterior increases the corrosion-resistance of the unit. Polyurethane seals and wipers provide a high cycle life, and a high-flow, quick-connecting coupler and dust cap are included on all models.
