Rotary Flat Rubber Pad Adapter Insert adds 5-7/8" in height when used with an FC5213 adapter, with a rubber pad surface that measures 4-1/2" x 4-1/2". (Base NOT included.) This pad protects vehicles with factory-applied undercoating, for use with RJ9000 rolling jacks ONLY, and, while two adapters are required, they are sold/priced individually.
