This lightweight pump, made in the USA, is designed for many applications where high-pressure pumps are required to activate rams with a rated capacity as high as 55 tons, including shop, agricultural, automotive, and truck service needs, as well as construction maintenance applications. This unit includes an external load-release valve for single-acting cylinder operation, as well as internal pressure relief valves for overload protection. The pump also includes a durable, glass-filled nylon reservoir and nylon-encapsulated aluminum pump base for maximum corrosion-resistance and lightweight handling, and the pump's handle-lock feature allows for easy carrying. The two-speed pump operation of this unit reduces handle strokes by as much as 78% over single-speed pumps to reduce operator fatigue, and the non-conductive fiberglass handle allows for operator safety. This model also includes an integral 4-way valve for the operation of double-acting cylinders, and a 3/8 NPT hose connection is also included on all pumps.
