Auto Meter IntelliCheck II Hand-Held Electrical System Analyzer tests 6V and 12V commercial starting batteries, as well as 12V and 24V starting and charging systems, offering 200 to 1600 CCA with a 120-amp automated load. This micro-processed tester uses advanced DPL technology for shortened battery testing, and this unit features also Auto Meter's innovative automated voltage drop test, as well as a load test and both a stator/diode test and regulation test on the alternator. The tester features a digital LCD display and a heavy-duty body made of durable anodized aluminum, and the unit's firmware also includes Auto Meter's J1708 information retrieval system, which allows the downloading of pertinent data to a truck's J1708 onboard computer with the use of an AC-25 pin adapter and AC-26 cable (not included). The tester's large memory stores the last 120 tests, which can be downloaded to a personal computer (with an AC-10 PC adapter cable) or printed out, using the included AC-15 infrared printer. In addition to this portable printer, this model also comes with standard external volt leads and an AC-24J carrying case, though other accessories are available separately.
